Geoff Lyons established Geoff Lyons Solicitors in 1980 after a career in the Australian Army.

For three decades, Geoff’s principal areas of practice apart from Wills and Estates, were Property Development and Business.

However, for the last two decades, Geoff has practised almost exclusively in Wills and Estates.

Geoff has a Masters Degree in Wills and Estates from the College of Law.

Geoff’s vast experience and expertise results in his being able to structure a person’s affairs in the best possible way to achieve a smooth transition of property from one generation to the next, and, if complications do arise, then he has the competence to deal with them so as to achieve the best possible outcome.
